The American idol results are in as are the contestants that will try to make it in via the wild card. The top 12 will be revealed this week on Thursday as the show finally revs into high gear. Right now we have nine would be idol champs and the pretenders are gone. Its time to reveal the top three from group three. Lil' Rounds is in and through to the top twelve. Scott MacIntyre is in as well long with Jorge Nunez. Are there any surprises? Lil Rounds had a dominant performance and seems talented and polished.
The Wild Card show should be a fun watch and perhaps the best show of the season. Wildcard contenders are very talented and include Von Smith, Jasmine Murray, Ricky Braddy, (is that a stretch?) Megan Corkrey, Tatiana del Toro (This is why Idol is just awful) along with Matt Giraud, Jesse Langseth and Anoop Desai. Go Anoop Dog!
This year provides an odd cross section so far in the fist nine that are in. The wildcard round is very important and its not time for another Sanjaya and that is certainly what Tatiana del Toro would wind up presenting for each week. Who are you pulling for?
