Brad Troubles for Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston Split Worries With John Mayer?

Is it Brad trouble for Angelina Jolie? There are reports of a bit of a tiff between Pitt and Jolie recently. Next up is Jennifer Aniston (you know the blonde, Brad's ex and Angie's nemesis) who now reportedly has more split worries with John Mayer, her guitar playing rock and roll on and off boyfriend. While Angelina and Brad work out their problems with child care in New York, Jen and John are on the left coast and the buzz is that there is trouble.

Just last week it was reported that Jennifer was ready to have a baby with John and he was ready to settle down. This week the initial split buzz appears to come from E! Online's Marc Malkin and he claims that he is hearing whispers that Mayer dumped Aniston after her return from a Marley & Me promotion overseas.

For Jolie and Pitt, the report comes from Star and they believe the pair are having troubles with the baby sitter and the report claims that Angelina was quite displeased with Brad over his attention he supposedly gave to the nanny. That may be one of the problems with having six kids.

It shouldn't take long until celebrity watchers race ahead and have Jennifer and Brad single again, and start trying for the Hollywood golden couple part two, plus six kids and an ex-girlfriend.

American Idol Judges Save: New Rule, House Veto a Singer Voted Off

The American idol judges save is new for season eight of American idol and was explained on the first elimination show. The show has thirteen finalists this season and also has an extra judge for a total of four. Paula Abdul along with Randy Jackson will have to be unanimous with Simon Cowell and Kara Dioguardi and they can bring back a contestant from elimination with what amounts to a veto.

This isn't a bad idea. Just think if Chris Daughtry could have continued on that season he was eliminated ahead of Katharine McPhee. The final three could have been a boys club that season with Elliott Yamin and Taylor Hicks along with Daughtry. But alas, only one save this season and it will be interesting to see which singer it will bring back.

The singers also have a new house to live in. Zap 2 It muses, "They roll video of the kids' new crib. It's straight outta Top Model, with everyone grabbing their beds and "ooh-ing" and "ahh-ing." A bowling alley? In this economy?" Maybe that is a bad idea, at least it's not a golf course.

One person the veto will not save is the first elimination from american idol season eight. Jasmine Murray is out and Randy Jackson says no save, she sings and is out.

House Star Hugh Laurie Regrets Having Talked About Depression

The list is long of show business luminaries -- ranging from Emma Thompson, Mike Wallace and Billy Joel to Drew Carey and Harrison Ford -- who have been victims of clinical depression. "House" star Hugh Laurie qualifies for that list, but he thinks that perhaps, "The problem is actually just as common for people in other fields. It's just most interesting, for some reason, to read of entertainers and their problems. I personally regret ever having talked about having the problem. It labeled me with this depressed clown badge and became a much bigger part of my life than it deserved."

The brilliant actor and comedian/accomplished singer and musician adds, "There must be a lot of depression among coal miners, though we never hear of it. But that's outside my field of expertise. Actually, everything is beyond my field of expertise."

He's kidding about the latter. But he's serious when he talks of his background in England and observes that, as the son of a physician, "I grew up with a great reverence for medicine, but playing a doctor is slightly complicated because I'm obviously faking it. On the other hand, I think many people go through life being afraid that people will discovered they're 'faking it.' Maybe my father did, too. Certainly actors have that fear. In fact, I think its every actor's dread that he'll be heckled on stage, or that it will be discovered he's not good enough. Believe me, it's a very common fear."

FAMILY MATTERS: Christopher Gorham returns to the tube April 9 in CBS's "Harper's Island" horror-mystery series, playing the groom in a wedding where guests start getting killed off one by one. "I first read the script and I thought it was a really interesting idea. The script for the pilot was good. But more than that, I loved the idea of telling the whole story in 13 episodes," says the actor. "It was shooting in Vancouver; I have kids and I didn't want to be involved longer than 13 episodes." Gorham's the proud dad of 7 and 5-year-old sons and a 2-month-old daughter. He says that right now, "I am very contentedly playing Mr. Mom, taking my sons to school, changing diapers. The baby is great. She's waking up only twice, sometimes just once, at night."

Gorham, whose last series role was as Henry, ex-boyfriend of America Ferrera's "Ugly Betty," adds that he was also lured to "Harper's Island" by the fact Jon Turteltaub is aboard as writer-executive producer. "He can take something like 'National Treasure,' an idea that seems on its face it might be silly, and take it and make it something great, filled with heart and fun and adventure. If people stick with the show, they will be happy."

CROWNING GLORY: Also hoping that viewers stick with her mid-season entry is Susanna Thompson of NBC's much anticipated "Kings," which premieres Sunday (3/15). "If people could give it a good four episodes, you'll watch it start to take off," she's convinced. "It comes on with gangbusters just with the pilot and then you've got the stories that are setting the tone and the environment for people. From what I've seen of the footage, it's also visually unlike anything I've seen recently on television. It definitely has feature film quality, especially since Francis Lawrence, who did 'I Am Legend,' was directing," touts Thompson, who plays Ian McShane's wife, Queen Rose Benjamin. "While it was really long days, the experience was fantastic because it was very much this bigger, amazing world that we all had to commit to at such a high level."

Thompson goes on, "We've been saying it's a modern/post-modern retelling of David and Goliath. As we've lived with the show and got each new episode handed to us, it kind of felt it was too big to live within those boundaries now. It's very classic and biblical in a sense. It focuses on why we're here and what we're here doing. It's big human stories. It's the exploration of power and how it corrupts," she tells us. "But the best way to describe it is if you take the template of some of the biblical stories, I don't want to say the template of the Bible, just biblical stories, and you overlay those on top of this modern day monarchy, then that's where we're headed."

THE VIDEOLAND VIEW: Looking over the lists of pilots being shot this season, it doesn't look like there's much likelihood of a big comeback for scripted comedy anytime soon. Still, there are some interesting names in the mix. Cedric the Entertainer and Jason Biggs are among the funny guys lining up with potential series: Cedrick with his ABC-DreamWorks' "The Law," which would have him as a reserve duty sheriff training weekend volunteers in L.A. -- and "American Pie's" Biggs with his dysfunctional family comedy, "Happiness Isn't Everything." The very funny Mitch Hurwitz ("Arrested Development") is among the creators of the latter, which helps.

American Idol Results: Who Gets Voted Off, Jasmine Murray Along With

Who was voted off American idol? The show expanded its planned format of twelve competitors this season, adding one for a total of thirteen. After a performance went a bit sour for Anoop Desai, bad boy judge Simon Cowell was asked if he regretted adding the extra spot. Straight to the point, Cowell said that he did. Is the the final curtain call for Anoop? It seems unlikely and a few others struggled as well and Jasmine Murray might be in trouble tonight.

Tonight's show will feature some sort of a major surprise, according to a report from the Seattle Times, and it won't be the performances of Kelly Clarkson (the season one champion) and hip-hop's Kanye West, though they will be on the show to try and make the hour long results show a bit more tolerable.

The show moves a bit slowly on the second night and idol says they have a bit of mystery for tonight. According to the Times report, the change has something to do with the judges and the theory there is that they may keep one of the two that should be voted off. It is revealed that it is the judges save. They can only use it once and it must be unanimous.

The prediction for the bottom three from the Times is Jasmine Murray along with Allison Iraheta and Michael Sarver. Will Anoop Desai be on that list? What about Jorge Nuñez? the theory is that if two girls are voted off tonight it is basically a boys club as it would leave eight guys and only three gals if Allison and Jasmine are both out.

More Details on Megan Fox & Robert Pattinson Meeting Revealed

Is Megan Fox a Twilight girl for Robert Pattinson? Life & Style weekly cites a witness to their meeting in this week's issue. The celebrity magazine teases online, "New Moon, new girl! Twilight hottie Robert Pattinson got cuddly with Megan Fox at West Hollywood's Palihouse hotel on March 3."

"They met up at the bar," says a witness. "They were both drinking -- Stella Artois for Rob, merlot for Megan. At first they were seated at a table, but then they switched it up and sat on a couch for maximum closeness." The report also claims that the "Palihouse hotel was a convenient spot for their rendezvous too: They were staying there at the same time, according to an insider."

Robert and Megan, both 22, seemed to hit it off so well, they returned to the bar the next night. "They were flirting, laughing and drinking," says a second witness. "I heard he had made a play for her at the Oscars and she blew him off, but apparently she had a change of heart!"

Will Robert continue to pursue Megan? His visit to the Oscars has led to several Hollywood starlets cuddling up to the british actor. Others continue to say that he still has eyes for Kristen stewart, though she has yet to return the favor.

Mandy Moore Wedding: Photos From Marie Claire for Mrs. Ryan Adams

Meet Mrs. Ryan Adams. Mandy Moore and Ryan Adams had a secret wedding in Georgia, and according to a report from Us Weekly magazine, the two are married. Perfect timing for Marie Claire as they have a cover girl this month and it just happens to be Mandy Moore. According to Just Jared the magazine will hit newsstands on March 17.

The whole photo shoot of the newlywed was snapped at "lazy Sunday at New York's Pier 59 Studios," the caption notes. The magazine has a great interview as well with the actress and adds that she shows a 'soulful side - and brought her new album along to blast for the crew.'

See the photos here. Mandy tells the magazine of her new husband Ryan Adams: "He’s a good egg. I’m in awe of him: his brain, his passion. He’s truly one of a kind." Moore and Adams first announced their engagement last month and Moore expressed that she hoped they would be able to pull of a secret wedding.

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Baby Plans

First comes love, then comes marriage. In Touch Weekly claims in today's release of the celebrity magazine that for Gisele and Tom, the next step is the baby plans. Even though Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are still newlyweds, she’s already planning to expand their family, the report claims. "Gisele has been ready to become a mom for some time now, but she’s Catholic and would never have a baby out of wedlock," a friend of hers explains.

The source adds, “Now that she’s legally wed, having a baby is her top priority.” ITW notes that Gisele, who married Tom on February 26 in Santa Monica, admits as much in the April issue of Harper’s Bazaar, and they have this excerpt from the interview.

"I want to have a big family. My parents have been together for 36 years, and that’s what I want,” she says. And the supermodel, 28, has gotten plenty of practice with John, Tom’s 19-month-old son with actress Bridget Moynahan.

“I love kids. It’s amazing that I have the opportunity to hang out with my stepson all the time,” she tells the magazine, which hits newsstands on March 24. Another pal reveals to In Touch, “Gisele wanted to get married and have a baby by the time she was 30.”

Of Nannies, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt 'fell in love' while Brad was still married to Jennifer Aniston. Pitt and Jolie were working on a spy thriller at the time. Since the on set love connection Brad has dumped Jennifer, those two are now divorced and Pitt has moved along quite nicely with Jolie. The pair commonly known as Brangelina have six children now in a Brady Bunch like scenario. The reports of the triangle are steady and usually lead to screaming headlines that claim it is war with Jennifer and Angelina.

This week Star Magazine tries a different angle, bringing in a David and Victoria Beckham or Jude Law vibe to the usual insider reports and this was is a doozy and for once, Jennifer Aniston is not in the picture.

While Jennifer was working on her year anniversary trip with John Mayer, Angelina was reportedly a bit unhappy with her hunky actor boyfriend and baby daddy as Star cites an insider that makes claims of backrubs and nannies.

The report adds that their insider source says Jolie was quite unhappy and expressed it quite plainly to her beau Pitt. His response after what is called a heated exchange was to get on is bad motor scooter and ride (apologies to Sammy Hagar).

Robert Pattinson Ploy? Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Back On

By Susan Hatch

Mar 11, 2009

Was the Robert Pattinson meeting a ploy? Hold the Brangelina 2.0 comparisons for now, In Touch says that Megan Fox and boyfriend Brian Austin Green are back together. The whispers for the first part of this week have been all about Robert and Megan, including the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt comparisons for Pattinson and Fox.

In Touch reports that despite claims that Megan Fox and her longtime fiancé, Brian Austin Green, split last week, close friends of the couple insist that it’s not true. The magazine notes that "Indeed, though they were rumored to have ended their two-year engagement in February, Megan, 22, and Brian, 35, seem to be sticking to their regular routine: This week, the Transformers star took Brian’s 6-year-old son, Kassius, to school as she normally does, and the pair were also seen holding hands in public."

“They didn’t break up,” an insider reports exclusively to In Touch. “They hit a rough patch. But in every long-term relationship, people go through ups and downs. These two are very much in love and plan to be together for a long time,” says a friend.

Another friend adds that recently, Megan and Brian, who have been together since 2004, even agreed to seek help for their relationship problems. “In early March, they decided to enter counseling in hopes of staying together,” says the pal.
